KaylaVinson   This is a 3 bedroom house. I am actually looking for 2 roommates, which would make the rent only $250 a month. With bills, I am not paying any more than $350- $400 a month( 3 people). There is central air and heating, wood floors, nice sized rooms. The house is very well taken care of.There are washer/dryer hook-ups in a small laundry room off of the kitchen. The master bedroom has its' own entrance connected to a screened in porch. This is off of North Pecan, walking distance to school.

rachie385   There is a room available in a 3-bedroom duplex at the Woods of SFA! Each bedroom has a private bathroom plus a half-bath by the living room. The living and dining rooms are fully furnished, but you would need your own bedroom furniture. The two girls that live there are really nice and clean, ages 22. The bills are split 3 ways so they are a great price each month! I put August 3rd as the available date, but if you contact me soon, it's possible it can be available this summer if needed.

ctowndm09   It is located only 1.5 miles from SFA and is newly remodeled within the last year. I only need a roommate for one year but the rent is cheap with all utlities paid. You get your own private bedroom and bathroom and there is wireless internet and cable with DVR. An exterminator comes monthly (already paid for) and we have no insect problems. It is a very nice place to live!!

I'll be working 3-12 Tues-Sat, so I'll be pretty busy. I'm a very easy going person and get along with pretty much anyone.
