There is a room available in a 3-bedroom duplex at the Woods of SFA! Each bedroom has a private bathroom plus a half-bath by the living room. The living and dining rooms are fully furnished, but you would need your own bedroom furniture. The two girls that live there are really nice and clean, ages 22. The bills are split 3 ways so they are a great price each month! I put August 3rd as the available date, but if you contact me soon, it's possible it can be available this summer if needed.
