Roommatenation does not display the email address of its Members. Google, as a third party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on your site. Google's use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to your users based on their visit to your sites and other sites on the Internet. Users may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy.

Miscellaneous
This Agreement is personal to you and you may not assign your rights and obligations to anyone. If any provision in this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. This Agreement, your rights and obligations and all actions contemplated by this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. You agree that the federal or state courts of the State of California shall have exclusive jurisdiction and that venue shall be in the County of Ventura, California. You agree and consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the State of California. This Agreement may not be modified, except in writing, signed by an authorized officer of our company.
