I am moving to Fort collins to continue my education at CSU. Some of my interest are reading, movies, crafts, hiking, softball, skiing, and horseback riding.I have a small 7lb cat who is my baby. My place is located across from CSU on the West side. I think it's the perfect place. For the most part it is centrally located in Ft. Collins. Everything thing you need is right here. Kinko's, CSU, fast food and dine-in, movie theater, bars, Rite-Aid, transportation and City Park are all within walking distance. King Sooper's, Blockerbuster, and gas stations are less than 5 minutes away. It's just like new; it's spacey; and it's affordable. The lease may be 6 mos. or 1 year depending.

Looking to sublet one bedroom of a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse until July 31st, 2005 (I'll be moving in with my boyfriend soon). EVERYTHING - all the utilities (even high speed internet) included - will only cost you $365 a month. The bedroom is rather large and has a spacious closet, and is right next to a clean, HUGE bathroom. My parents live in Georgia. I reecently graduated from the University of Georgia in Exercise Science. I will be moving to Fort Collins in July to start Graduate School in Occupational Therapy. I am pretty down to earth and looking for roomates who are the same. School is definately a priority to me at this point in my life. However I believer there is always time to have a little fun too.
