Korisa   I am renting from Medary apartments on Medary Ave. I am unsure about some of the information because I will not start renting until Aug. 1 and I am currently living in Minnesota ( I will be 18 in a couple of weeks). I already have my two year degree and I am applying to the Pharmacy program at SDSU.

amanda57029   Currently, I am looking for a roommate in Brookings, SD until I can find an available apartment close to campus, which undoubtedly won't happen until next summer. I've lived in Freeman, SD for 3 months and prior to that was an Arizona resident for 12 years. I will not be attending SDSU until the Spring '06 semester. I am willing to negotiate the rental terms if it means getting close to campus and moved in by October 1, 2005.

smroder   I am looking for someone to take over my half of the lease and to live with my current roommate. Its $350/month plus utilities, excluding water and garbage. There is a VERY nice backyard, but no yard maintenance needed. All of that is taken care of by the landlords. Washer and dryer in unit, has a dishwasher, and offstreet parking. The duplex is located a couple blocks from downtown and also a couple blocks from campus, so a very nice central location. My current roommate is very down to earth a
