24 y/o female grad student from Boston looking for 2-month+ rental, starting no later than Sept 7. I usually party/drink on the weekends, but will not know anyone in Las cruces. I have a baby boa that I would like to bring, but do not need to. I will not be taking classes and only require enough quiteness to sleep during the week. Weekend noise does not bother me. I prefer a place with a pool, laundry, fitness area nearby, a view, and cable, but do not need any of these things.
