All rooms furnished, except the empty bedroom. It has so much character from amazing woodwork to pocket french doors. Rent and utilities is $375 total, which includes electricity, gas, heat, water, sewage, trash, phone, satellite, and wireless DSL. Private parking, backyard, patio..it's great!
couturework   i am a 29 year old near deaf male. i am in the application process for a service dog, but do know they are expertly trained and require being extremely groomed at all times. i recieve social security disabilty but went to college for fashion design and fitness training. it would be great to find a roommie that wants to learn sign language, but in general i am not picky as long as we can get along and be friendly.

marineschild   To tell you alittle about myself. I am 39 years old. I will be turning 40 on June 16th. I am currently on Social Security Disability due to some past medical problems that I had. I use to weigh 618 pounds, had a tracheostomy, was in a wheelchair, and lived in a nursing home. I have, through surgery, lost approx. 200 pounds and am continuing to lose. I am also attending college online at Everest University. I am the type of person who does not like to have others take care of her.
