run4theworld   The house is from the 1910's but it has been kept up well. There is a little bit of property. There is space for 2 people to park in the drive way the last person parks on the street. There is basement with a washer and dryer. There is a living room, kitchen along with a coming area up stairs to do homework or any other work that needs to be done. We split the utilities in 1/3 and share amongst all roommates.
