My preference is Nipomo, as it's close to my employment - I teach at Alan Hancock College - and central to what I like best on the Cental Coast - ocean, etc., but anywhere to North SLO is of interest. Local references.

I am a 20 year old student at Hancock College majoring in Journalism. I hope to begin classes at Cal Poly SLO in March, and if not then, then in summer. Once I am accepted, I plan on commuting and staying in Santa Maria. I am a very organized person, but can deal with some clutter and mess. I work in retail and do not make a whole lot of money so I am limited to my options as far as renting. I am allergic to cats, but don't mind other pets. I work full time and go to school part time.

I will be attending Allan Hancock College for the first time. I work full time with the mentally disabled. I have been a cake decorator for the past 4 years, so I love to bake. I love the outdoors and ride dirt bikes. I don't spend much time at home, but I am very quiet and easy going. I like to have a good time and make sure everyone else is too. Condo unit with your own master bedroom. I have a futon and television in room that you can use. There is a walk in closet and cabinets that you can use as a dresser, etc. There is high speed internet connection in room and your own phone jack. Phone is NOT included in the price of rent. No animals and there is parking off the street directly behind condo. There is a pool and hot tub in the vicinity that you can use as well. Looking for only short term renter. (4-6 months)
