logrolls   I have a three story townhome, and a bedroom and bathroom on a walkout basement level that are vacant. The den is on that level, which is a common space. My home is nicely furnished, well decorated, clean, and I live alone. (My boyfriend is over often, but that's about it.) My bedroom is upstairs, so there's a little space between us. The kitchen is on the main level-and I also love to cook and bake. I have a porch off the kitchen with a grill for cooking out. I have two small pugs.

JTp20   I just purchased a townhouse two miles north of downtown Fredericksburg. I am looking to have just one tenant who can occupy the lower level (above ground) bedroom with access to fenced yard, or two of the smaller upper level bedrooms (one could be an office). Would have private bath. Share kitchen, living spaces, laundry and deck/yard. It is four minutes from Leeland VRE with easy access to Quantico or points north for commuting. dj360va   Biggest room in the house is for rent in the basement of my house. One of my other roomates had a living room/bedroom setup in the room so its very big. It also has a walk in closet and another room attached to it that could be used for a office or storage. $500 a mth plus a third of the bills which comes out to abour $150 each. We have verizion fios cable and wifi, trash service, water, power and a laundry room to do your laundry. 540-419-4209
