The room: it is a newly finished, with w/w carpeting and private closet. It also has a cable jack (basic cable included), and private phone line jack ( phone service not included) and high speed internet. I have some furniture if needed, such as a twin bed.
Kitchen, Bath, Home gym and Living room shared. Washer/Dryer, Lake Access to silver lake, 1 acre land/yard, grill, firepit, and minutes from Rt93 (1 mile from Exit 20, Tilton)
Rent: $400/month +50% electric $400 security deposit

I'm a 64 yo retired gentlemen. I have 2 Yorkie dogs who are both over 12 years old. I currently live with my best friend in New Hampton but she needs the space in her house, so I'm looking for a place nearby so we can still go fishing together. I have been on a waiting list in Meredith, for low income senior housing for almost a year now. (I'm still waiting) I'm very neat, I do chores, laundry, dishes, anything I can help out with.
