htdb24   I actually have two houses I am looking at renting, one is 550 a mo. (2 bedroom, 1 bath) and the other is 675 (3 bedroom, 1 bath) I was just looking for 1 roommate. Both houses are located in Creswell, OR which is about 10-15 min. from the U of O campus, and it is all freeway driving.

grailgolf   I have a beautiful home - It has a huge back yard, all the ammenities and the home it only 5 years old. The house has 3 bdrms/2 bathrooms - You would have your own private bath, it is not connected to the bedroom but is 1 step across the hall. The house is furnished all except for the bedroom I am renting out. Utilities are usually less than $100 month and a renter would pay half of the utilities - cable is included.
