Very cute apartment right in the heart of North Scottsdale. Quiet community with three pools and many other ammenitites. Easy to get into and out of. Not close to any loud streets. Actual unit is on the second floor with only one neighbor. Room for rent is not next to other bedroom--it is on the other side of the apartment. No pets allowed unless willing to pay the deposits to the community.
