Dogs and cats are are allowed out and in, but must be poti trained and vaccinated regularly. I have three children (ages 5-10), two boys and one girl. I am single. You can watch the polo matches free of charge from you BR window in the spring and fall. Lots of parking. 10 min from USCA. SEE YA

I am currently staying with my Mother while I try to find a reasonably priced apartment or room. I don't know anyone in the area, so I won't really have people over, and if there comes a time when I would like to have someone over I will check and make sure there will be no problems with that. I am a pretty tidy person, and I clean up after myself.

Beautiful kitchen, plenty of room, closets are somewhat walk in... definitely bigger than average. Currently I do not have any furniture but am looking to purchase some in september.
