We function on a normal daily schedule (ie bedtimes, ect) and would enjoy living with the same or similar people. My son is a typical high-energy two year old. I am looking for a non smoking roommate to rent one large bedroom in my 2 bedroom 1 bath house. All utilities are included (electricity, heat, hot water, cable, and WiFi and parking). The bedroom is in the process of being updated with a new rug, and it was just painted. I have one 14 yr old indoor only male cat. I work full time Mon-Fri and am usually out of the house by 6:30am but that is flexible.

I love to cook, as does my boyfriend. Cat and dog lover along with other animals and reptiles, but don't own any at the moment. I'm really laid back, Not too much into partying but I go to bars and clubs with my boyfriend sometimes. My boyfriend works night shifts at applebee's full time and is very laid back as well. We get along with anyone. smokers okay,pet lovers, friendly, outgoing people who like to have fun preferred.

I'm Erin and I'm 20. I go to school FT. I go to the Tech now in Concord, but in the fall I will be attending SNHU. I also work in Concord, usually 4 days a week. I'm generally quiet and like for my personal space (bedroom) to be respected. I am a courteous individual and just respect the same in return. I have no problem sharing anything of mine, ust ask and it's all good.
I do like to have people over at times.sometimes a sllepover. Sometimes people are -iffy about that, but I have no problem
