SUBLEASEE NEEDED! Hi there, I have a 1 bedroom/1 bath apt. in the Aspen Village (http://www.dabcomgmt.com)complex that I need someone to sublease (AVAILABLE NOW). It's a quiet complex really close to the WSU Student Rec center and campus. It's on the bottom floor, which keeps it COOL in the summer, and makes the moving in much easier. The complex is also pretty new. The rent is $460, but I will be willing to go to $350 for the first two months. If you're interested, please contact me ASAP!
