Katyski   I have a brand new condo, in which you will have your own private bedroom and your own bathroom. The condo has many of the amenities you may need and although there is no pool, the condo borders the state park that offeres, concerts, a pool, tennis courts and running/walking paths.

His claws are capped (google softpaws for more info) so he doesn't scratch furniture/people and he's neutered, an indoor only cat, and litterbox trained. He's mischievous though but very good hearted and playful. I'm a friendly person and a little shy when I first meet people, but warm up pretty quickly.
