I live in a really cute 2-bedroom house with one roommate, but she is moving out in August, so I'm looking for someone to sign from aug 2006-aug 2007. It would be possible to move in as early as may, because I will be gone and subleasing over the summer. The house has on-site laundry, off-street parking, back yard, 4-season porch, and full basement. It's a really old house (1865) so there are lots of cool facets.

The friend & I that had originally signed the lease decided that we're going our seperate ways (I'm moving to California she might be going to ISU). It's a great place. It's very clean. The bedrooms are fairly big, bigger than I expected them to be. The kitchen is very nice and there is a washer & dryer in the lowest level. The landlords are great! I know for sure that cats are allowed.

Walking distance to North Liberty Recreation Center, pool, walking/running trail and Liberty Centre Pond. Third-fl oor condo has vaulted ceilings and a super cool roommate.  A kitty would be welcome but only a nice, well-behaved kitty. Rent is a fl at fee with utilities included!
