The rest of the house is furnished already as well. The house is 1,200 square feet, and I am the only other one living there. I have 1 dog, and would consider renting to someone with a dog on a case by case basis. I am a teacher in Staunton, and like to be social but also enjoy my personal space. All utilities are included.
