The lease is done on march 1st so have options on lease lenght. $400 includes rent of 1 bedroom 1 bathroom and sharing the 3rd bedroom for guest room/storage, kitchen and living room. Also includes utilities. Could discuss cable options. Outside parking lot otherwise garages are available for $30/month as well as extra storage room for rent just outside apt door.
