nice appartment looks small from outside but inside its really big keeped clean , the hole house is furnishe but the renters room renter can get own phone line or use mine its included with the rent i have a 11 yr old daughter at home with me . we have two rooms for rent if there are any mothers who are looking for two rooms we cant wait to hear from you good luck on your search to finding a place
