We have one room on the first floor and another on the second floor of our home for rent. While currently only the downstairs room is completely furnished, both have adjacent bathrooms. The furnished room has new Ashley furniture including a www.TempurPedic.com mattress. The upstairs room is furnished with a lamp, nightstand, chest and bed. All utilities paid such as electric, gas, water and trash, including phone and cable.

I'm living with my mom right now due to some circumstances beyond my control, and need a place asap. Prefer private bath, not necessary though. I have a frog that MUST come with me, a dog that I'd like to bring, but not necessary. I like to cook, so a decent kitchen is a plus. fireplace also a plus, but not a necessity. I'm not a big partier, but do have people over from time to time and do enjoy going out.

I am in the USAF and was sent to San Antonio last month. The house is in a decent neighborhood. The rent is 950 a month and I would be willing to pay 575-600 for the right person. The house is near 151 and 410, 1604 etc. I will be willing move into the smaller bedroom too. I purchased a washer and dryer already. I have almost every kitchen gadget, a dining room table and computer, and all the other basic essentials, but the house is still empty. There is plenty of room for all of your stuff.

Im really just looking for a place to stay. Im really easy to get along with, and I pay my bills on time. If you want me to leave you alone, I have no problem with that. Or I could hang all day. I have a son that will come to visit me every now and again. So you cant have a problem with that. I love to have fun, BBQ, drink a few, its up to you.
