zocate   I haven't bought the house yet, so I don't know how much the rent will be - 1/2 all bills. This situation is "a single mom of 2 preschoolers looking to share with a single mom with 1 or 2 kids" I've looked at the rents in the area, and I personally think 1/2 a house is a much better value than one of those dinky apartments. 77kelly   I rent this condo because I moved into my boyfriends house. There is one room open now and another will open in April. Its an end unit, townhouse style condo located in the Fox Chase Condo's behind the TJMax plaza.
mamabella   You have to see it to believe it. A very nice home, one you will enjoy staying at. Interested in one renter per bedroom, will consider parttime parenting arrangements.
