jjtigereys05   I am looking for a room to rent as soon as possible. I am a full time college student, which keeps me busy most of the time. I have a 17 yr old daughter who would come to visit me, occassionally. I need access to a cable line, so that i can hook up the Internet, which is how I attend school. I like to party on occassion, but only with a couple of people at a time. Eventually, I want to start going out on weekends. I am a pretty neat person, other than my schoolwork being a little scattered

katie71286   about me..im going to school full time to be a photo-journalist. i have alot of ambitions in life. i really love life and i try to do everything i can in it. i dont like being around angry people because its a waste of my life and my time i would rather just be in positive situations all the time. i play guitar, i sing, i hang out alot, love meeting new people im kinda overly social sometimes.i want a roommate who doesnt judge people because that is a really annoying quality in someone.
sweetie831   My previous two roommates were unable to furnish the apartment, so needless to say I have and have a fair number of things, however am willing to downsize in order to accommodate if needed. The room itself is completely empty. Bills (electric and cable) are split in half, totaling about $100 after rent($290). Move in fee includes the first month's rent($290), the security deposit($150), and the non-refundable application fee($10).
