I'd hope to have some stuff in the living room, which would include video games, a tv(if they'd perfer mine), a sound system, and a computer (all of which the roomate would be more than welcome to share). Right now, I'm making between 700/800 a month, using about 250/mo. for my car expenses and cell phone. So, I could probably chip in 300/mo, so i'd have enough for food and going out.

Zenn   I have a nice 2brm townhouse in a private development located in the Parkland School District. looking to rent out the one brm. All you need is your bedrm furniture, completely furnished w/ full use of the kitchen. Close to everything, Malls, bus stops, LCCC, Mulanberg, major H.W. and the turn pike...
