bryant19   I’m an easy going, laid back kinda guy. The room that I'm renting out is 11.4 by 10.4 t. House total sq ft area is 2228, 1454 sq of living space. All kitchen appliances inl also washer & dryer. Have yard, which is fenced in. The house is in a very nice neighborhood, quiet, clean, deed restricted. Minutes away from I-4 (only 2 traffic lights). Close to restaurants and grocery stores. A one hour drive to Orlando, a 40 minute drive to downtown Tampa, and I-75 is only 15 minutes away!
