I live close to EOU in a newer very nice 3 bd, 1.5bthrm townhouse on the edge of town. I have a room for rent for $600 includes all utilities, Netflix, cable if needed, WiFi. Shared bathroom w/your own room w/bathroom sink, counter and drawer space for toiletries. Washer/dryer. Patio outback with a view of Mt Emily. I’m a preschool teacher who works a lot and is gone on some weekends. No drugs or parties. I do have a feral cat which you will rarely see. Available the first week of June 2022.

Two Bedroom, two bathroom with full kitchen and living space. Already have a female roommate that is 18 and she has a dog for anxiety. Rent is $350 per person per month. The place includes all utilities except internet. It is in a basement but the place is clean in good shape. The family renting out their basement is nice and will give their tenants their privacy. My roommate is incredibly organized and clean. I am not super clean but organized.
