mouse5   3 Bedroom house in a convenient location to WalMart, Walgreens between 17th St and 1st St. parallel to Ammon Rd. Utilities are pretty cheap. Looking for college student who is quiet, easy going and likes pets as I have two small well-behaved dogs. Room has a brand new posturepedic queen size bed, tv, etc... There is some extra storage here. Large fenced in backyard and a single car garage which can be used on a rotating scheule.
