Shared bathroom w/your own room w/bathroom sink, counter and drawer space for toiletries. Washer/dryer. Patio outback with a view of Mt Emily. Rafiki99   Two Bedroom, two bathroom with full kitchen and living space. Already have a female roommate that is 18 and she has a dog for anxiety. Rent is $350 per person per month. The place includes all utilities except internet. It is in a basement but the place is clean in good shape. The family renting out their basement is nice and will give their tenants their privacy. My roommate is incredibly organized and clean. I am not super clean but organized.
