Rent and utilities is $375 total, which includes electricity, gas, heat, water, sewage, trash, phone, satellite, and wireless DSL. Private parking, backyard, patio..it's great!

It is an older house, downstairs is mine and main floor is kitchen. upstairs are 2 bedrooms we are currently installing bathrooms (shower not tub) into both rooms. small dogs allowed NO CATS
