Room for rent in 2 bedroom house 917 N Hancock Ave Odessa Texas. Security deposit is $650. The house has a washer and dryer in the laundry room, it has driveway parking (you get a permanent spot) dining room, family room and a garage for some storage if need be. There is a small front yard and a nice big roof (which is really one of the best features of the house.) the room is available now.

Ok heres the deal. I just moved here from Florida. I was staying with my fiance but her dad won't allow it anymore. So after tonight , (jan 21) I have nowhere to stay. .literally nowhere. I am in the process of finding a job, I just left my last job because they shorted me about 40 hours on my checks. I do smoke cigarettes but I will respet any rules placed before me. I clean up after myself and have no problem with regular chores. The only guest I will ever have over is my fiance.
