I have been a designer/carpenter most of my life. I am disabled from Arthritis in my legs. this keeps me from doing some things physically, but I can do many things. I love to paint pictures, I'm honest and I make a good friend. I dislike anyone who is sloppy and don't pick up after themselves. I'm on limited funds, so I need a roommate to share exspenses. I have lots of furnishings from when I had a house. Being older helps me be more resposible.
