Its a 6bd room house with 2bath rooms. The rooms are avg. size. There is a huge kitchen, and a big back-yard. Its located right next to UNC (University of N. Colorado). Its in great condation and is beautiful.

Great place. 3 bedroom. The current rent loisted is if only 2 people live there, the 3rd room would be used as my office. It has an enclosed front porch, huge living room, full diing room, kitchen, and deck and backyard. It's beautiful on the inside, and has alot of character (in a good way) brand new carpets, and brand new bathroom.
