frosty121   Single story ranch on Aiken's Southside. Three bedroom two bath. Nice quite neighborhood. This is the first of two rooms I plan to rent. I will have the master with the master bath. Two rental rooms will share the other bath. Washer/Dryer is avalible for use and Fridge as well. I am a professional person and travel several times a year. No drugs or parties. Guest are fine. I can furnish the bedroom if needed for an extra $75 per month with a nice suit with queen sized bed.

I'm having a terrible time finding a place to stay, the only places I can find that allow pets are multiple bedrooms. I'm just a stranger looking for another stranger who is possibly new to the area like myself, but if you know the area and just can't find a roommate, that works too.
