randito0979   Nice Brick home located in Montclair area of Edwardsville. Two extra rooms, you choose and may use both closets if needed. Basement is finished with bar, pool table, rec room and plenty of storage. I will maintain Yard and any other Maint. House is furnished except for extra rooms. Large back yard and nice neighborhood. Looking to replace current roommate so I may let her out of her lease early to move to Fl. Clean house, not party house.
