I'm a 30 year old student moving from Superior, WI to do my clinicals in Laurium. I will be there from the beginning of January until the end of July. I will be working 40 hours a week at the hospital plus finding a part time job. I won't be having guests very often, and if I do most would be willing to stay in a hotel. I'm married and my husband would come visit probably once a month. I do have a snowmobile that I may think of keeping in MI with me.

Super nice place! Newish appliances, Its technically
handicapped so
the bathrooms giant, and the kitchens a tad bit
bigger. The bedrooms
are OK sized, but not too bad. Theres a breakfast
bar. Water, Heat,
Plowed Parking, & Garbage taken care of in rent.
We pay Electric &
WIFI. So on top of the $230 it'll be about $20 for
WIFI(that depends
on how fast we want the net) & $15 for
Electricity(depends on how much
we use, I'm good about shutting things
off/unplugging things).

I have 2 cats, 1M 1F. They are my only hard requirement for a rental.
I have a car so rental can be a little farther from campus.
Open to houses, or apartments. No preference on male or female roommate, just a pet friendly home with nice people.

The house is well maintained with new drywall and carpeting
and 5 large bedrooms. The kitchen and common living areas
are spacious with recently updated appliances. Laundry on
site, with a basement for storage and off street parking. The
property is across the street from a northern grocery chain
and 15 minutes from Walmart and MTU's campus.

I work most of the day as a tv reporter. Don’t often stay up late.
Hobbies include reading, bike riding, watching movies and playing video games. I have a tv already installed.

Was a little late getting accepted into Tech and pretty desperate to find housing before classes start.
My interests include hiking, cars, video games, hockey, computers.
I'm not a very messy person nor am I very loud and I would rarely bring people over to the apartment/house.
I'm pretty easy going in general and open to consider any offers before classes start.
