I have one room available! It is carpet everywhere except the kitchen which has hardwood floors. You can paint or hang anything you would like on the walls! No central air but the sun never sets on the place too long. I have an A/C set up in the main room. All utilities are paid for except Cable/Internet but I pick up BSU's wireless here.

I have a three bedroom apartment with private bathrooms in each room. It is located off of Bethel called Windermere Apartments. They were build in 03-04 so they are new and very nice. Big kitchen, and spacious laundry room complete with full size washer and dryer and room to hang and dry your clothes. Then apartment is furnished with one couch, entertainment system, and beds and dresses in each room.

I am an honest guy who will stay out of your stuff and assume you will do the same. I will make payments on time and keep my stuff organized in the areas we will share.
