it's a nice little apt......and you can have a cat or kitten but be aware that i have ferrets wich look like a mix between a meerkat and a cat so they may look like a rodent to your cat but my cat has grown up with them so she knows better. if your cat is a danger to my ferrets then you are not eligable to stay at my place....and no dogs sorry but unless it's little and is no danger to my fuzzies then it's out of the question. thank you and have a good day.

I am looking for a roomate that I can also be friends with. I am trying to move out of my parents house as soon as possible but I dont want to take my chances with just anyone. I would like to make sure the person and I get along well and have a similar logic (i.e. cleanliness, bill payment and guests).

Built in 2007.. quiet location in great new neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. Large yard. Room is upstairs with full bath.. you would basically have the whole upstairs to your self the majority of the time! Rent is $600 (this is negotiable) per month and includes all utilities plus cable/internet/phone. Use of kitchen, laundry, home gym (soon to be completed), etc.

Large (12’ x 13’) room, private full bath, washer, dryer, kitchen privileges. Looking for a responsible person (couple) to share with 30ish professional. Large yard at end of cul de sac, in newer private housing tract; very relaxing one story home, excellent for study or work. Great quiet area, very low traffic. Maturity a must.

Nothing fancy or flashy. Just a clean, plain and pleasant home for tight budgets. Nice downtown area. Bed is not included. There is a well-behaved 10-year-old present, except weekends. My dog lives outside.
