Bedroom is good sized, plenty of storage, next to second bathroom. Household doesn’t have cable or satellite tv. Home has large fenced in yard. There are 2 small dogs and a cat who live with homeowner, and homeowner has a child as well. Must pass background check, full months’ deposit upfront. Avail August 3.
