Looking for a cooperative household with financially responsible individuals. Other than that, I'm laid back and don't mind everyone having friends over or the occassional party. bonerinda   3 bedroom house w/basement and garage. it has hardwood flooring(extremely nice) and it has washer and dryer/dishwasher. we have two cats, well maintained, and the owner will not allow more. WILL NOT NEED TO BUY CMSU PARKING! its right next to campus. Major plus!!!
nate83   I have information about a FURNISHED Apartment. It is very close to the campus (Just next to the parking lot behind the Ellis). Normally, I take only 2 minuutes to the campus. The rent is $350 excluding the utilities (All utilities have been activated so you do not have to pay any activation fees at all). It is three bedrooms apartment; however, two smaller bedrooms are rented. This one is the biggest bedroom and I put the new carpet which worth more that $400. So, this is perfect ro
