If theres 2 people living here rent is 400, 3 people- $333.. Thats not including Electric, Heat, Direct TV, Phone and other expenses. My main rules are: No Smoking, No Partying(Or Underaged Drinking), Can only have friends over once in a while. Must be a clean person. Other than that I'm an easy person to get along with. I am renting mobile home at Scio Farms Estates, its located off of Jackson rd between Baker and Zeeb rd. My lease ends Dec 02,2006 and looking for a roommate to move in as soon as possible. I am pretty clean, quiet and keep decent hours. I prefer no animals, but if you have them i prefer small, the home isn't big enough for large animals.
