Beautiful, cottage-type house in quiet neighborhood. Sits on 3-4 acre wooded lot. Screened front porch, privacy-fenced backyard with hammock. Great neighbors. 10 minutes to I-65 and I-459, 15 minutes to downtown Bham. 3 month lease with month-to-month option after that. Bowflex, heavy bag, and treadmill in garage. House is fully furnished, room is not furnished. Lots of windows/natural light. Looking for responsible adult who has a great sense of humor and will pay the bills on time.
