Located within 5 mi. of PLU and a few min. drive from the main rd going through Spanaway (Pacific Ave.). Entrances to Spanaway Lake are also a few min. drive. The house sits on 1/3 acre. A horse stable is directly behind us. The house is an old fixer-upper, but in good condition. Within the last year, all new plumbing and energy saving windows have been installed. Fixing the spa is next on the list. There is no tv reception - enstead of cable, I use 4 online DVD rentals & have VHS and DVD 6.1.

I am just looking for a place to crash, really. I am moving back into the area for about three months. I am then moving out of state, so I would like to have a place with a person or people who are fun, can laugh a lot, respect privacy, and that are clean. I would like to be friends with who I live with...just one of those things. I like to have some beers every now and then, but I am responsible and respect the household when I do choose to drink...not a drunk, so don't worry!

Hello I am a single mom of two kids, ages 11, and 6. I have a 2600 sqft home, with an extra room. What is included with your rent. Own Room, bed and dresser if you need it, if not you are more than welcome to bring our own set. Own bathroom, washer and dryer for your use. Wifi, an extra living room space for your own personal use. Anything in the home is open for use. I have a huge walk in pantry where we can separate food. I work full time an Tacoma General, 8-430, I'm busy with school.
