I have a room to rent my owner occupied traditional colonial home in Fox Chase Manor, Rockledge/Hunington Valley, a quiet, well maintained neigborhood near Manor College. Close to SEPTA Rail station. Theres a bus stop (28) right outside the house. Plenty of parking. The room is a large bright 12x14 rmon 2nd level.
