occupancy at the time.
One bedroom may be considered a second master bed-
room. It has it's own private bath with a tub and shower, and
a sink. And it has it's own walk-in closet.
The other is a typical bedroom with a closet. A community
bathroom is available and it's equipped with a shower and
sink.
Easy access to Tampa/Pinellas via The SunCoast Parkway.

Just kinda seeing what's available... GF of years is going nuts on me... I own a lot of computers, big screen tv, and high-end stereo equipment... If I do decide to do a roomate situation, I would require somebody that is very trustworthy and would respect my things (and vice-versa)
