Hi, I have a room for rent in a quiet neighborhood. It's close to the Causeway and I-10 in Metairie. I'm looking for a 3rd roommate that doesn't have overnight guests, and no couples. One room is already rented, just trying to rent the second bedroom. I don't allow indoor pets. It's a low crime area. My house is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath with a large back yard and plenty of parking. The house is fully updated with all modern appliances as well and furniture. The house is spacious. The room is large.
