I am a college graduate, seeking a roommate that is considerate and respectful. I currently work in retail, but also substitute teach and intend to find a teaching job again soon. I generally spend quite a bit of time away from home (i.e. work, socializing, etc.). I need a place where I can cook, study, relax, and possibly do laundry. I am a good housekeeper and would prefer a roommate that is the same.
