The house is definitely not in an urban setting, but sitting on the deck enjoying a cold beverage while watching the stream is a good trade off. It has an open design, and plenty of windows, very bright inside. I commute every day in to Portland, it’s not a bad drive. Lewiston and Brunswick are close by and easy to get to. 4 Miles from the Sabattus exit on the turnpike. Highspeed net access. Me, I am a laid back geek. I tend not to get uptight about things.
