My brother and I had this house built in March of 2002. It's very new and very well taken care of. The third roommate will have their own half bathroom but will share a shower in the second bath. I have a dog which is very loveable and easy to handle, so any applying roommates must be sociable around her. There is a good size backyard with a deck(no hot tub yet).
