I have a house, constructed in 2007 in a nice subdivision. It's a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. I am looking for 1 female roommate. Would have private bedroom and own bathroom. The subdivision has a pool and a club house. Very close to Katy Mills Mall, La Centera shopping Center, 3 miles from I-10, and 2 miles to Grand Parkway. Asking for $550 a month plus half the utilities. Currently my boyfriend lives with me, but he is likely moving in January. If he stays, then utilities split 3 ways
